CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Meditation - 30 Min

A sweet space in your day to reconnect. I talk you through relaxation-based breathing with an emphasis on self-compassion and moments for silence. Each session has a different theme.

Vinyasa Flow + Meditation - 45 Min

About 30 minutes of movement to get our hearts pumping and muscles moving, and the final 10-15 minutes are sweet rest and meditation. A great mid-day mood boost!

Restorative Yoga + Meditation - 60 Min

Based on Kundalini yoga, this class takes a bit more of a restorative twist. Expect breath exercises, dynamic body movement, deep stretching, and time for relaxation and meditation.
 

Flow Yoga - 60 Min

This was the first virtual class I ever offered, and it continues to be one of the most popular.

The most athletic and active of my offerings but still plenty of space for stillness and relaxation.
