How are you being generous with yourself?

It was lovely to see some of you on the mat/screen this week.
In the past few days I find myself coming back to the question "what can I do in this moment?" How can this next task, this next minute, this next choice, be something generous?
To me, generosity means taking note of what we have and being curious about how we can share - whether in time, attention, financial resources, care, or other ways.
Generosity doesn't mean forgetting about our own needs. Oftentimes, the person we might need to be the most generous with is ourselves. We might need our own understanding, our own patience, and our own attention a little bit more than usual.
I hope that we can lean into deeper generosity this week.
