All classes occur weekly and are hosted online via Zoom.

Creative Yoga + Meditative Movement

Wednesdays, 6-7pm Eastern Time

Drawing from kundalini, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, this class takes a creative and playful twist. Expect breath exercises, dynamic body movement, deep stretching, and time for relaxation and meditation. I teach with a focus on self-compassion and student choice. Suitable for all practitioners, including beginners.
